Puma and Footlocker came together to feature a variety of artists based in different Puma Lab locations. The series kicks off with Sahbabii, based in Atlanta, talking about how he got started the influences his city provided him towards creating his sound. From there we head to Philadelphia, the self proclaimed voice of the youth, named by his city, and involved in the community that feeds his art. Finally, off to Detroit where KeyWane provides some insight into the “Detroit Style”. Our main goal in capturing each of the 3 artists was for it to be stylized, true to a reflection of them, yet intimate enough to provide an authentic glimpse into their practice and unique identity.
