OZUMO: Contemporary Japanese Cuisine
INSIGHT
Ozumo, the SF outfit famous for combining the Robatta and Sushi styles of Japanese cuisine commissioned us to create a project reflecting their work. The series of videos showcased everything from the founder’s story to profiles of their unique offerings.
IDEA
With this commission we looked to create a multi-part video series that honored the 15 Year anniversary of Ozumo, celebrating its history and current place in the culinary landscape. The series features Ozumo’s sake and cocktail programs, and takes an in-depth look into the one of a kind palate in Ozumo’s style.
